Day 148: Painted Nails
Sunday, May 27th
Today Nick, Sam, Nate, and I visited our lovely Grandmother Vicki. It was really fun hanging out with her (the cookies were definitely a bonus.) Sam and I painted her fingernails. They turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself. It's been a good Sunday, and it's nice to not have school hanging over our heads for tomorrow.

Came home from Orange Leaf to find my dad watching TV. Like this. You know, as hard as I try, I don't think I'll ever quite be able to fully understand this man that I call my father. :)
Day 146: Too Much Reading

Another late night reading. It seems like now that I finally don't have any homework, I'm catching up for all the lost reading time during the year.

Nick is the MVP on his baseball team. No doubt about it.
My half birthday was today...six months until I am eighteen. That's weird.
